Since you're using the Adwaita theme, this is a bug in the app itself, or in the Adwaita theme. It would only be a bug on our stuff if you were using the Breeze-GTK theme.
Report was made against KDE PLasma, not Gnome. I observe that on Gnome's side, an Adwaita theme is applied, while on KDE Plasma's side, a Breeze theme is applied.
But your screenshot indicates that you are using the Adwaita theme, not the Breeze-gtk theme. You can tell from the titlebar; it's an Adwaita-style titlebar.
I assumed applied styles are according to working environment. An incorrect assumption as that case illustrates it; here was an application from Gnome that also has its native style kept applied to, acroos an other environment.
