Description kayaksan303 2020-02-10 23:02:57 UTC
SUMMARY

KolourPaint does not save any changes made into the program. It's like the kolourpaintrc file is rewritten every time the program closes. Deleting the rc file also doesn't fix.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Open Kolourpaint
2. Change anything in any setting (example: Settings > Toolbars shown; or Colours > Use KDE's > {any option} ).
3. Close the program or the image (either Alt+F4 or CRTL+W work)

OBSERVED RESULT

No persistent changes.

EXPECTED RESULT

Persistent changes.

Comment 1 kayaksan303 2020-02-11 22:29:10 UTC
(Obvious typo correction: it's 64-bits, not 61.)
Comment 2 Patrick Silva 2020-02-18 18:23:57 UTC
I can confirm that kolourpaint 19.12.2 does not remember text toolbar visibility and colours settings.
