KsysGuard don't show system load parameters

SUMMARY

Since the version 19.12.2 of KDE Apps on KDE Neon 5.17.5, the KsysGuard don't show the system load parameters of CPU History neither Network History.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Open KsysGuard from start menu - System - KsysGuard
2. Show the process table and some parameters of system load
3. Don't show the parameters of CPU history neither network history

OBSERVED RESULT

The KsysGuard don't show system load parameters

EXPECTED RESULT

view cpu history parameters and network history

The bug is present in KDE Plasma 5.18.1

Confirmation from Opensuse Tumbleweed 20210128. If one creates an additional sheet, the CPU sensors are there and can be used. But the default System Load sheet has no sensors for CPU and Network anymore. This may be due to the switch from /usr/lib to usr/libexec see https://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1171164 and there could be a suspicion that /usr/lib is hardcoded somewhere.

This error has already been resolved in later versions of KDE Plasma
