If you bring up a site that pops up "This site is attempting to access information about your physical location.
Do you want to allow it access?", such as mcdonalds.com, or that pops up the certificate error dialog box that allows you to see what's wrong with the certificate, it pulls all Konqueror windows to the same virtual desktop.

This is reproducible. I don't know a site that always pops up the certificate error, but whenever either of those dialog boxes pops up, it always pulls the windows to the virtual desktop.

This bug is present in both Bionic and Eoan.
