STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open two windows of the same browser (tested with chromium and firefox)
2. play music or a video in both windows
3. click mute on one of the windows in task manager

OBSERVED RESULT
Both windows are muted

EXPECTED RESULT
Only the selected window is muted

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.66
Qt Version: 5.14.1

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
"Sound playing" indicator/button is shown on all app windows if at least one of them is playing sound. Which might be the cause/related to this issue.
