SUMMARY
Under Wayland it is impossible to open plasma widgets namely Kickoff, Kicker, SystemTray, Digital-clock if they are cloesed by cliking on some other window or part of screen.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open konsole
2. plasmoidviewer --applet org.kde.plasma.kickoff
3. Open Kickoff
4. Make mouse click on some other part of screen to close Kickoff
5. Open Kickoff again (click its icon)

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens

EXPECTED RESULT
Kickoff widgets appears
