Opera internet browser
Vivaldi internet browser

Operating System: KDE neon Unstable Edition
KDE Plasma Version: 5.18.80
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.67.0
Qt Version: 5.13.2

Can you try running "pkcon get-details yourfile.deb"?

I get "unknown" for every deb I've tried.

I have just tested the same packages mentioned above.
License is "unknown" for all of them.
