my import menu

The import menu has no options to acquire images from scanner. 
That is number 4. in the table of content in the Digikam handbook.
I am using Windows 10, version 1909, 64 bits and Digikam 7.0.0 beta3.

Windows version do not have the scanner plugin compiled for the moment.

In fact it do not compile about libksane library under windows...

Fixed with bug #434960
