SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open yakuake
2. open menu
3. click on configure yakuake
4. change "open on screen" to screen 2 and apply settings
5. Press F12 2 times to reopen yakuake

New settings will go away and the old settings will come back
