Okular bad open .txt UTF-8 files with BOM.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Download file 1_UTF8_UNIX.txt from attachment.
2. Open 1_UTF8_UNIX.txt via Okular.

OBSERVED RESULT
You will see white paper.

EXPECTED RESULT
Text "1" on paper.
