STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch KInfoCenter
2. Click "Copy to Clipboard in English"

OBSERVED RESULT
The copied text includes "Memory: 7,7 ГиБ"

EXPECTED RESULT
The copied text includes "Memory: 7.7 GiB"
