This bug is triggered while installing or removing flatpaks.

Software:
Kubuntu 20.04.2
Plasma 5.18.5

These are the last 3 commands I executed in the Konsole:

3) flatpak remote-add --if-not-exists flathub https://flathub.org/repo/flathub.flatpakrepo
2) sudo apt install plasma-discover-flatpak-backend
1) sudo apt install flatpak

Here is my system information:

Operating System: Kubuntu 20.04
KDE Plasma Version: 5.18.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.68.0
Qt Version: 5.12.8
