SUMMARY when windows ink is active, zooming is broken with an XP Pen tablet (artist 12) STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. get the master or latest krita plus on windows x64 (with dx11 render) 2. in xp pen options the windows ink is ON 3. try to zoom with keyboard shortcuts of ctrl+space+pen drag. zoom either wont update itself until the end of the drag or it will update itself when you slow down the pen to a very small speed. OBSERVED RESULT zoom not updating properly with windows ink enabled (and a bit laggy without windows ink) EXPECTED RESULT zoom works as smooth as doing it with keyboard and mouse SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Windows: win 10 x64 latest update of 1/29/2020 (os build 18363.535) ADDITIONAL INFORMATION input: generic mouse and keyboard - xp pen artist 12 gpu nvidia 1060 , cpu: AMD FX 8350, 16 gb of ddr3 ram
I'm sorry, but I don't have the hardware to try to reproduce this issue. The most likely reason is a bug in the xp-pen driver, though, which probably doesn't send the right events. We could check that if you'd attach a tablet log (see https://docs.krita.org/en/KritaFAQ.html#tablets) for instructions, but I doubt there's much we could actually do about it.

I tried to save the log inside krita but it would not save so I copypasta it! also opening and running log viewer made zooming with windows ink almost impossible.

I have tested the bug with Huion H430P with Krita 4.3 and it looks like it has been fixed. I can reproduce the bug in 4.2.9, but cannot reproduce the bun in 4.3. I think it has been fixed with bug 414576 *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 414576 ***
