Created attachment 125393 [details] Screenshot. SUMMARY I just tried out the most recent Kubuntu 20.04 LTS and had a look at the new scrollbars. The background of the section titles go beyond the scrollbar. Is this intended? It looks wrong. Please have a look at the screenshot. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Operating System: Kubuntu 20.04 LTS KDE Plasma Version: 5.17.90 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.66.0 Qt Version: 5.12.5
This is already fixed in Frameworks 5.67. Hopefully Kubuntu ships with that instead of 5.66 (even though technically 5.66 is the minimum required version). I Strongly recommend it.

As it seems you are the Product Manager of Kubuntu [1], I hope the 5 packagers listen to you. :) By the way, is Qt 5.12 set for th Kubuntu LTS as Qt 5.14 is already out for some time? If there is a benefit worth a freeze exception, we may well also do 5.58.0. I would like to have 5.14, and this has been discussed. The Qt packaging is done in concert with Debian Qt/KDE team, and depends on (a) whether key people have the time to do this, and (b) whether some bugs that impact plasma and KDE apps (scaling issues etc) are fixed in 5.14 bug fix releases or backportable in time. Additionally, Kubuntu has to take mind of the wishes of others such as Lubuntu who are based on lxqt now. Kubuntu cannot make the decision in isolation. I expect the next couple of week will decide the issue.

I kinda ran out of time after all my upstream KDE work. :/
