Description Patrick Silva 2020-01-22 11:14:30 UTC
SUMMARY
If "Copy image to clipboard" option is checked in Spectacle preferences,
"Copy to clipboard" button becomes redundant and unnecessary. I think that such button should be hidden if "Copy image to clipboard" option is checked in Spectacle preferences,

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System: Arch Linux
KDE Plasma Version: 5.17.90
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.66.0
Qt Version: 5.14.0

Interesting idea.

Yes it's an interesting idea but after thinking about it I think it's nothing we should do.
1. I can see people being confused why there's no cop button anymore thinking spectacle is broken
2. If I take a screenshot and then copy something else to the clipboard I would lose the ability to put that screenshot in my clipboard again without saving
So I think we should keept the Button

All right, makes sense to me!
