STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. start Wayland session
2. open Firefox configured to use CSD
3. unmaximize Firefox window
4. click on minimize or restore/maximize or close buttons of Firefox window

OBSERVED RESULT
nothing happens

EXPECTED RESULT
all mentioned buttons work

reproducible with breeze and adwaita gtk themes

Could you please run firefox with WAYLAND_DEBUG=1 and attach the resulting terminal output to this bug report? It would be great if you save the terminal output to a text file.

I think your command only works with apps running natively on Wayland, I see no output here.
My Firefox runs on Xwayland, it is completely unusable for me when running natively on Wayland.

cannot reproduce after update to Plasma 5.18.1.
Probably duplicate of bug 417444.
