SUMMARY
Managing windows with a myriad of myriad window rules is great.
However, this rule list can not be rearranged, and it can be exported only one by one, so it is rather poorly functional.
How about adding sorting and bulk export?

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. systemsettings5 > windows management >window rules
OBSERVED RESULT
Many added (more than 10) rules cannot be sorted and can only be exported one by one

EXPECTED RESULT
Sorting may be most intuitive by name.
