Review issue in dolphin and desktop

EXPECTED RESULT
Text alignment should be in right and icons should be in right beside labels
Example
 |       TEXT | ICON |

And Icons view should start from right to left like in desktop (see attachments)

Out of curiosity, is this correct in the open/save dialogs?

Thanks. That means this should be fixed by the upcoming refactor to use the same code as the open/save dialogs.
