STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Lock screen
2. Enter password
3. You can see the asterisks instead of your password, but...

OBSERVED RESULT
They aren't centered in the field, they'r closer to the top than bottom.

EXPECTED RESULT
They should be in the middle, like they were before.
