Screen resolution is 1366x768, no scaling / 1,0 / 100%.

Maybe the code doesn't compute the maximum of all minimumSize() and set that as the minimum size for all previews.

I can recreate this too. Also manjaro testing with 5.18.0

Intel HD 4000, 1366x768, no scaling.
NVIDIA GTX960 using 440.xx proprietary driver, 1280x1024, no scaling but fixed 96dpi

The style is scaled down if it doesn't fit into the cell. The cells are quite massive as they are, so this is by design.

I think it's actually Bug 417488. I don't see blurriness anywhere, but some folks are seeing it everywhere.
