Description spinnix 2020-01-16 17:05:09 UTC
SUMMARY

I run ArcoLinuxD with KDE (kscreenlocker reports version 5.17.5-1) and when I leave the PC unantended it locks the screen. This is normal, but now two things happen. First, sometimes I don't get an input field to type in the password, even if I move the mouse and I can change by a keystroke to the tty2 which asks for a login (which is normal) and can go back to KDE with a keystroke and the screen appears unlocked.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Wait for PC to lock screen and ask for a password
2. Change to tty2
3. Change to screen

OBSERVED RESULT

Bypassed login and got a running session

Does this happen if you manually lock the screen?

Can I have your ~/.config/kscreenlockerrc
Comment 2 spinnix 2020-01-16 17:48:53 UTC
Need to try it multiple times to achieve it. So...yes, it works after some attempts of locking and trying, I managed to do it.
