SUMMARY
See the attached screenshot. Updates for flatpak runtimes are available but the update notifier in systray indicates that my system is up to date.

Operating System: KDE neon Unstable Edition

The notifier polls to check if there are new updates. I guess we could issue a notifier refresh when another process (like Discover) refresh the database, but it wouldn't change in practice.

That's not specific about runtimes as far as I know.

Can you confirm that pressing "Refresh" updates the notifier's state?
