SUMMARY
Nothing happens when I try and open the SMS Messages window.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Pair a phone
2. Enable the permissions for SMS message reading
3. Click the 3 dots, then "SMS Messages" from the context menu 

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens

EXPECTED RESULT
The SMS messages window opens, or an error is displayed

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Additionally there is no output when running "kdeconnect-sms" in a shell.

this is a packaging bug in Neon. I've informed the team about it
