SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Be using Pop!_OS 19.04 OR 19.10
2. Try to browse device
3. enegrma (archive manager) will try to open /run/user/1000/{mounted folder}

OBSERVED RESULT
enegma to open the folder

EXPECTED RESULT
thunar to open the folder

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows: 
macOS: 
Linux/KDE Plasma: Pop!_OS 19.04 or 19.10/ xfce 4.14
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 
KDE Frameworks Version: 4:19.04.3
Qt Version: 4:4.8.7 & 5:5.12.4-1
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I am using a custom script to manually launch kdeconnect indicator and kdeconnectd, however this didn't had any effect on the issue

After changing default file browser from kde system settings, issue has been resolved, it was set to engrampa somehow
