Do you mean "New Net Connection"? Or do you have set a mountpoint in fstab to an SMB location?

An can you connect to the same smb:// location with Dolphin?

I mean "New Net Connection"
no entry in fstab

> an SMB location?

yes. MyName@fritz.nas/FRITZ.NAS/<Stickname>/...
(as I did in F29 , Stored in Krusader & entered in New)

Is this still an issue? Because the error message is also shown in Dolphin it would be a problem in KIO and not in Krusader.
