Drag the panel to the left side of the screen. 1. In the widget settings, enable the option to switch windows with the mouse wheel. 2. Move the cursor to the taskbar and to the edge of the screen. 3. Start spinning the mouse wheel. OBSERVED RESULT Windows do not switch. EXPECTED RESULT Windows should switch. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS KDENeon Plasma: 5.17.5 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION This only happens when the panel is on the left side of the screen. Can you confirm it works again if you run: system settings -> screen edges -> switch on edge to disabled

Panel is on the left edge; this is the default Screen Edge conflicting. We really need to disable that thing or fix the bug. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 387775 ***
