SUMMARY

Improper case handling in Connection Timed Out case when uploading a key to a keyserver.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Try to upload a key to a keyserver with a poor internet connection
2. Receive the error dialog box as shown in the attachment

OBSERVED RESULT

KGpg reports the key was uploaded without errors.


EXPECTED RESULT

KGpg reports the key was not uploaded due to some errors.
