SUMMARY

Adding KHTML, WebEngine and WebKit icons to Main Toolbar was not retained after restart of Konqueror.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

I added KHTML, WebEngine and WebKit to the Main Toolbar in the toolbar editor. The next time I loaded Konqueror they were no longer there. Also they were no longer available to be added to the Main Toolbar in the toolbar editor. I reset the toolbars using the Defaults button, but no change.  
After a number of attempts I deleted ~/.config/konquerorrc and restarted the OS. Initially there was no change but after logging in to report the bug using Konqueror they returned.

Also the presence of the menu entry View / View Mode is unpredictable.

EXPECTED RESULT
Actions taken by the Toolbar editor should be permanent.
The Defaults button should take the application to its "as installed" configuration.
The View / View Mode menu entry should always be available.

KHTML and WebKit mode got removed from Konqueror, leaving only the WebEngine mode.
