SUMMARY

When I setup the desktop switcher widget in the control bar to show all screens,

Sorry, unfortunately adding an attachement also saves the bugreport an I didn't find a way to edit it :-(!

So, here is the report in a new comment:

SUMMARY

When I setup the desktop switcher widget in the control bar to show applications on all screens, only applications on the left screen are shown (see attachement "Desktop switcher showing two screeens").

When I configure two desktop switchers, one on each screen, and I check the option to show only "this" screen, I see all running applications (see attachements "Desktop switcher showing only left screen" and "Desktop switcher showing only right screen").



STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use a two-screen setup
2. Add desktop switcher widget to control bar
3. Configure widget to show applications on all screens
4. Start applications on both screens

OBSERVED RESULT

Only applications from one screen are shown in desktop switcher widget.


EXPECTED RESULT

Applications from all screens should be shown in desktop switcher widget.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux: Kubuntu 19.10
KDE Plasma Version: 5.17.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.65.0

I tried some more settings:

* Changed display connection (HDMI-1 and HDMI-2 instead of HDMI-2 and HDMI-3)
* changed primary display
* swapped left and right display

Always the same result: Only the left screen of desktop switcher shows applications.

Very strange...

Just received an update of KDE-Plasma to version 5.17.5, and now the desktop switcher works like expected!
