SUMMARY
A panel doesn't respond after taking out / using the pen or flipping the device 360 degrees.  In my case, it's the side panel (with Latte task, and application menu).

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. take out & used the pen / flip the device
2. touch plasmoids

OBSERVED RESULT
Plasmoids in the side panel don't respond to touch, but respond to pen input.

EXPECTED RESULT
Plasmoids should respond to touch inputs.

unfortunately I don't have any touch device to test

is this still valid with latte v0.10.x ?
