extract menu settings

SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open footage video and audio
2. set in and out marker
3. use menu extract and export to folder-structure


OBSERVED RESULT

1. seconds and frame-unit problematic 
2. ffmpeg -acodec copy -vcodec copy no doing (except audio)

I assume you mean: set in/out point in clip monitor -> right click into clip monitor and choose: "extract zone". 

If so this will be fixed in 19.12.1 with commit: https://invent.kde.org/kde/kdenlive/commit/d854b4f22af26e5211efc465be0e237287ea4307. 

You can try with the nightly build AppImage: https://binary-factory.kde.org/job/Kdenlive_Nightly_Appimage_Build/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/

This seems to be fixed in latest version. If you encounter any issues please reopen.
