SUMMARY

In compact mode, vertical scroll no longer move the view anymore.
Only horizontal scroll can move the view. Unfortunately most mouse doesn't support horizontal scroll.

Even for mouse supporting it, like the Sculpt Ergonomic mouse I'm using, it's still super awkward to do horizontal scroll.

Please at least provide a way to make compact mode to accept vertical scroll.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use dolphin to view a directory with many files
2. Switch to compact view mode
3. Use mouse wheel to do vertical scroll

OBSERVED RESULT
The view is not moved at all.

EXPECTED RESULT
Vertical scroll should move the view

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Dolphin 19.08.3 works fine. 19.12.0 doesn't work.

Reverting to 19.08.3 doesn't solve the problem, so it looks like something wrong in the input stack.
