Description Achim Bohnet 2019-12-18 17:02:57 UTC
SUMMARY
password test field looks like other password text fields in KDE apps but does not honour left / right keys

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. enter a wrong password and press enter
2. wait until the bullets are all selected (when it's possible to start typing again)
3. Press left and/or right arrow keys

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens. Bullets still selected. Text cursur does not move.

EXPECTED RESULT
 right arrow key: selection vanishes
left arrow key: selection vanishes and text cursor jumps to the left
now
left or right arrow keys should move the text cursor
