- Lock the screen
- Type wrong password
- Hit enter
- It fails and resets after a while (good)
- Now type anything 
- Hit enter
- Enter doesn't work
- Have to click the arrow

Just made an upgrade and rebooted.
Same problem, but something new I noticed: This also happens in sddm.
Is this expected behavior?

I know for a fact that this *was* a bug, but we seem to have fixed it for Plasma 5.18, and *may* have fixed it for the upcoming 5.17.5 release. Keeping this open until I can verify that fix for 5.17.5.
