STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Discover
2. click on "Installed" in the sidebar
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
As we can see in the attached screenshot, sometimes the category shown beside the package name is "%1(i18n_argument_missing)".

EXPECTED RESULT
correct app category
