in sddm when changing the session type form plasma to (e.g.) plasma wayland the password field loses focus. this used to work in the past

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. have password field selected
2. change session type
3. type password

OBSERVED RESULT
no password is put in

EXPECTED RESULT
password field should get filled
