At now when we right-click on plasma widget (tray icon), we have only one "Configure clipboard" menu item.

Will be good to make it much more useful: add available actions for current clipboard content. 

Also will be good to have other actions like show barcode, edit contents, clear clipboard.

What do you think about this idea?

Not a bad idea. We have "Clear History" now, but not items that apply to the top item.
