Text appearance of the word "వెన్నెల" in kwrite.

SUMMARY
Dependent vowel and consonant signs in kate and kwrite do not appear fully.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open kate or kwrite
2. Copy the following text - "వెన్నెల"

OBSERVED RESULT
The second alphabet "న్నె" appears to be cut in the bottom.


EXPECTED RESULT
The second alphabet "న్నె" should appear completely. Another Qt based markdown editor ReText 
shows the script properly.
