Dolphin should refresh view whenever kernel’s inotify subsystem informs it of filesystem change. 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.open a folder in Dolphin

2. create a new file making sure the file will be in the folder you have open in dolphin e.g. open terminal and do:
touch ~/test

3. hit F5 to refresh view in dolphin

OBSERVED RESULT
Dolphin doesn't refresh view 

EXPECTED RESULT
Dolphin should refresh view

i've noticed dolphin not refreshing in neon, kubuntu, and now manjaro. i've simply gotten in the habit of adding redisplay to the dolphin menu bar because of this.

Cannot reproduce. Using 'touch' in Konsole shows the file in Dolphin even without pressing F5.
