STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Dolphin or kate
2. Click on appmenu in titlebar
3. Move mouse from the first item to another one

OBSERVED RESULT
Items like zoom slider and/or space-left-indicator flash a different color for a second.
As if opening a submenu took the focus and returned it quickly to the main menu.

EXPECTED RESULT
This should not happen.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I am not sure about this being related to focus, that is just a guess.
