SUMMARY

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Bluetooth / Devices in System Settings.
2. Click the + button to add a device

OBSERVED RESULT

As devices show up in the scan dialog, they also show up in the devices list.

EXPECTED RESULT

Devices show up in the scan dialog and the list of paired devices doesn't change.
