Autohiding panels are broken in some ways.
Moving the mouse away from the panel sometimes makes the panel not autohide.
(I'm using a vertical panel)

Here's 1 way to trigger it
- Open Yakuake (I use full width)
- Move mouse to left (or right) while hovering over Yakuake to trigger the panel to open.
- Panel will remain open
Also this happens in other cases. I could reproduce it by doing some dragging operation but I can't reproduce it anymore, so not sure.

Also: There's some animation glitch.
How to reproduce:
- Hover over the panel with the cursor on the edge
- Move the cursor a bit to the right (don't go beyond the panel)
- Then push cursor to the edge
- You'll see it show some glitchy show/hide flash sometimes.

Also, another problem:
- Unlock widgets
- Hover over widget to show the options
- Try to select an option
- The popup disappears

Like I said I'm using a vertical panel, on the left, with autohide. Right now it feels very broken.

This bug report contains three issues in it, which we can't really have. See https://community.kde.org/Get_Involved/Issue_Reporting#One_issue_per_bug_report

Can you please open three bug reports, one per issue? Each one goes in Plasmashell | Panel. It would be very helpful if each one had a screen recording that shows the issue in question.

Thanks!
