Open an svg file (e.g. /usr/share/icons/hicolor/scalable/apps/kdeconnect.svgz) and zoom in until the image is bigger than the window. Scroll all the way to the bottom or right and you will notice that you cannot see the edge of the image. This also occurs if you have a large svg file at 100% zoom. 

Note that fixing #336436 would fix this as well.

I can confirm this issue. Is it probably related to #336436?
