STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start Falkon in incognito mode
2. Watch a video using the built in video player
3. Close Falkon

OBSERVED RESULT
Falkon creates a directory called VideoDecodeStats in the current working directory.

EXPECTED RESULT
No directory should be created.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Falkon 3.1.0
QtWebEngine 5.12.5

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This may be a regression.  A discussion from of the issue with a patch from 2017 are available at https://bitbucket.org/chromiumembedded/cef/issues/2289

When run in normal mode the VideoDecodeStats directory is created correctly in the profile directory.

oh, waw! is that the falkon? that means that it doesn't need the
incognito mode, as I don't use it, but for a while I was observing
the folder coming up in my system, and I was wondering what was
the reason it popped up. I use the falkon as a default browser for
a while already.
