(*** This bug was imported into bugs.kde.org ***)

Package: kmail
Version: 1.4 (using KDE 3.0.0 )
Severity: wishlist
Installed from: Mandrake Linux 8.2 i586 - Cooker
Compiler: gcc version 2.96 20000731 (Mandrake Linux 8.2 2.96-0.76mdk)
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.4.18-6mdk
OS/Compiler notes:

One can classifiy mails in folder.
It would be nice if you could link a color to mails (each color for severity types ...).

This features has been implemented in mozilla-mail.

or better highlight attributes for mail (font, foregroung and background
colors...) based on regexp of the mail content like folder filters do !

I would like to see colouring done in a similar way as Outlook, not just indicating severity but the flexibility to colour mails from certain people, mail domains and other factors such as at work I highlight all the mails that are only sent to myself as they are generally of higher importance.
