Similar feature in Unity

Currently, at “System Settings” > “Workspace” > “Workspace Behavior” > “Activities” > “Privacy”, there's an option to select certain apps for tracking their history, but I would propose an additional category for files. Unity has a similar feature (see attached). I would propose the "Don't record activity for following type of files" and "Don't record activity in the following folders") that would filter out history entries accordingly.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start at an "Application Launcher" widget
2. Click "History"

OBSERVED RESULT
There is no way to filter out certain file types, or specific folders.

EXPECTED RESULT
I would expect such privacy setting in KDE.
