SUMMARY
It would be very useful to have a small rolling status log on the mobile device that announces activity as it's happening, eg:  new sshfs mount, file transfer activity, forwarded notification, etc.  The standard log level and log roll size configuration options would be nice to have.

Hi Nicholas Fella,
Having any ability to see status would be helpful to me in the following circumstances:
 - Debugging issues from mobile device
 - Observe status of long transfers or any other long-running operations
