SUMMARY
Unclear how to report bugs in Plasma and plasmoids.

Unlike KDE's desktop applications, it's unclear how to report a bug in plasmashell or in a specific Plasma widget. Even if the user knows about bugs.kde.org, it's hard to guess the right product for a specific Plasma widget or component.
