What tablet/pen device do you have? What settings do you have in Configure Krita -> Tablet Settings?

Try doing all those things:
- reinstall tablet driver if you have it installed (Windows Update often breaks tablet drivers)
- switch Configure Krita -> Tablet Settings to use Windows Ink instead of Wintab.
- open Configure Krita -> Tablet Settings -> Advanced Options and put your display resolution (or choose the correct one from the suggested) in the numeric boxes.
- if nothing else work, please check if Krita 4.1.7 (use the portable version) works as expected or not.

If any of this makes your pen device work, please give us information about your pen device and which of those tips worked. If nothing works, please provide the information and tell us it didn't work.

Note: here: https://www.reddit.com/r/krita/comments/ej1hj8/cant_reach_right_side_of_canvas_mouse_glitches/ the user says that restarting Windows solved their issue.
