my software sources and the message of Discover

SUMMARY
When you want to add an extension for Gwenview, Discover says that you can not open appstream: //photolayoutseditor.desktop

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open an image with Gwenview
2. click on the Share button and then Install extensions

OBSERVED RESULT
A message shown a dead link 

EXPECTED RESULT
A message shown a dead link

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: 5.0.0-36-generic
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.16.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.62.0
Qt Version: 5.12.2

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I use Kubuntu 19.04 and all my KDE software is normally updated

I'm not sure where this is coming from. My kubuntu or archlinux have no components called photolayoutseditor.desktop.

Assigning to gwenview for now.
